Cancellation Policy

At Fonly, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you wish to cancel an order, please review our cancellation terms below.

1. Order Cancellation Request

You can request a cancellation for your order before it has been processed and dispatched. Once your order has been shipped or processed for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

2. Cancellation Procedure

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@fonly.in or call 01169270671 as soon as possible. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will review your request and notify you if it has been successfully canceled.

3. Refund After Cancellation

If your order is canceled before shipment, a refund will be issued after deducting 5% of the total order amount as payment gateway (PG)/settlement charges. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

Some items may not be eligible for cancellation. These items include but are not limited to:

  • Customized products
  • Digital Product/Driver/Software/Application
  • Gift/cards/Coupon
  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale or offer

5. Cancellations Due to Order Errors

a. Errors on Our Part
If your order is canceled due to an error on our part (such as pricing mistakes, incorrect inventory, or technical issues), we will notify you immediately. You will receive a full refund, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

b. Errors on Your/Customer’s Part
If your order is canceled due to an error on your part (such as placing the order by mistake, a change of mind, or any other reason), a refund will be issued after deducting 5% of the total order amount as settlement charges. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
