Eligibility for Returns:

Products may be returned if they meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unused/nonactive/Sealed pack and in its original packaging.
  • A return request is initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
  • Live Video recording order package unboxing after deliver (original recording, no edit, no pause, no false)

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Digital downloads
  • Gift/Coupon
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as “Final/Clear/offer/ Sale”
  • Refurbish or Seal opened or repaired or Used or activated

Refund Process:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 15-45 working days and credited to your original payment method.
After your refund is approved, deductions will be made for shipping, freight, handling, packaging.

Warranty Policy

Fonly is not responsible for warranty claims. Customers are required to contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), brand, manufacturer, or an OEM-authorized service center directly for any warranty-related issues on applicable products or items.

Exchange Policy:
